CUSTOMER CARE
AS MANUFACTURERS, WE OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY!
- We stand behind all jewelry manufactured by us and guarantee that all of our items will be free from manufacturing defects for their useful life. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for inspection. If we determine that your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we'll either repair the merchandise or, if deemed appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, at your discretion, we'll replace it with another of the same type, but no refund will be available.
- If we determine that a manufacturing defect doesn't cause the damage, we'll notify you and inform you if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
- Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural features, or internal inclusions, visible or not, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These features are part of the item's character and shouldn't be considered a defect.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

- The manufacturer's warranty and supplemental cleaning services above are available only to the person who purchased our covered product.
- Maintenance, repair, sizing, or service performed by someone other than "Moncarel Jewelry" will void your warranty.
- Fine jewelry is not waterproof to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is particularly true in the case of rings, as the hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We don't offer guarantees for damage due to normal wear and tear, product loss, stones loss, or theft. We also don't cover damages or losses that result from failure to make the necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the product.
- Some examples of common jewelry problems that wouldn't be considered manufacturing defects include:
1) Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathrooms.
2) The tips of precious metals, in general, wear out over time and may require reconstruction or restoration work for everyday use.
3) Bent, trapped, or worn teeth that allow a stone to fall off or be lost due to normal wear and tear or other damage.
4) A stone has been lost, or a stone has been dropped due to chips or breakage caused by normal wear and tear or other damage.
5) Dark weld marks over time due to the normal process of the couplings when they were built.
